Chanel Classic Double Flap Bag Small

First introduced in 1955 in the Coco Chanel era, the Chanel Classic Flap bag is one of the most iconic handbags ever made. The epitome of effortless chic, this handbag has proved itself as a truly timeless piece. Made from the softest black quilted lambskin with a silver tone chain and leather interwoven strap, this bag is as classic Chanel as it comes.

Features: Quilted lambskin with silver tone hardware; leather and chain interwoven strap which can be worn as a single long strap or a doubled-up shorter strap; exterior slip pocket; double flap into the main compartment with turn lock and interior dome closure; internal zipper pocket as well as 2 flat compartments; leather lined main compartment with 3 x slip pockets.

Measurements: 23 cm (length) x 6.5 cm (width at base) x 14.5 cm (height) x 44 cm (single shoulder strap drop) / 24 cm (double shoulder strap drop).

Condition: Good condition. The exterior lambskin is in excellent condition, having been well maintained and still gorgeously puffy, with only very slight rubbing to the bottom corners and otherwise the lightest of wear. The hardware is in excellent condition. There are light scratches to the interior part of the top flap and slight indentation from the chain, as commonly occurs with this style. There are threads loose at each side of the interior (see photos), although could presumably be remedied by taking to the bag spa. The burgundy leather interior is clean and in fantastic condition.
