Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Products must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at BagSarahShop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer care team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Carry Charm cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
