The leather exterior has a deliberately crinkled appearance and is in great condition with slight softening to the structure at the base, and some even fading to the colour throughout. The hardware, including chain strap, shows moderate gold tone loss throughout, however the impact of this is lessened due to the deliberately antiqued appearance of the hardware. The underside of the top flap shows little wear, while the top of the inner flap shows light rubbing from contact with the strap hardware.
